  • Limit:  two entries per school

  • Entries must be based on authentic recipies from a German-speaking country for the categories listed above.

  • No student and/or school names will be on the entries.  Instead, each student will sign up and receive a number; the entry should clearly show this number.  Students are required to add their and their school's name on the back of a title card which must be included with the entry.

  • All entries should be displayed on a plastic or glass serving plate along with appropriate serving utensils.  Please note that there is no refrigerator available!

  • Set up the entry in the appropriate area.

  • One adult judge will oversee a team of designated student judges.

  • Entries will be judged based on:  taste, appearance, and authenticity.
